Given the unprecedented challenge we are all facing as a result of coronavirus COVID-19 we wanted to update you on what Tough Water Solutions Ltd are doing in response to the crisis.
As key workers and providers of critical Water Hygiene Services we will be open for business and operating as usual.
We have implemented a strict Social Distancing, Hand Washing and Respiratory Hygiene Regime and given guidance and training to all of our employees in line with the current Government guidelines to reassure our clients we are taking all possible steps to minimise the risk to staff and customers alike.
All staff are being monitored daily for any signs or symptoms of the COVID-19 virus which includes monitoring body temperature and will be instructed to stay at home for 7 days in Self Isolation should the need arise.
We know the measures being put in place to contain the virus could be impacting your business and that, as a result, you may need to restrict travel, communicate differently or work remotely.
Some of our clients, especially those in the education sector, in line with Government guidelines are taking unprecedented steps and are preparing to close their premises for an unspecified period of time and as a consequence their water systems will be at risk of Legionella, TVC & E.coli & Total Coliforms Bacteria and Pseudomonas.
It is imperative that these businesses maintain a healthy and clean water system in preparation for their return to work when this crisis is over. With this in mind, we are offering the following critical services.
